Storhaug Engineering is pleased to invite you to a neighborhood meeting to discuss a Development Agreement Modification of the 2013 approved project, at 3703 & 3705 N HWY 16 in Eagle, ID. The site totals 31.16 acres, and the 2013 project approved approximately 13 acres of commercial space including offices, a wine production facility, nurseries (both indoor and outdoor), a wine shop, a restaurant, banquet hall, and a bed and breakfast. The remaining portion was residential, including 50 town-homes and 20 Single-Family Residential lots. The updated project proposes a mixed-use subdivision consisting of 94-buildable lots (59 single-family and 35 single-family attached homes (town-homes)), 1 commercial lot, and 14 common lots (open space). The existing restaurant and event center known as First Miracle is will remain.  See attached site plan for reference.
